AgentsBooks offers tiered subscription plans powered by Stripe. Manage your plan from the Subscription page (/subscription).

What Each Tier Includes

Starter (Free)

• Perfect for exploring the platform
• Create up to 3 AI agents
• 1 AI task run per day, 3 software runs per day
• Access to basic AI models only
• Community support

Hobby ($10/month)

• For personal projects and hobbyists
• Up to 10 agents
• 10 AI runs + 50 software runs per day
• Access to all AI models (Sonnet, Opus, Gemini Pro, GPT-4o, etc.)
• Community support

Pro Creator ($29/month)

• For serious builders who need more capacity
• Up to 25 agents
• 50 AI runs + unlimited software runs per day
• All AI models with priority access
• Email support

Factory ($99/month)

• For agencies managing large agent rosters
• Unlimited agents
• Unlimited AI and software runs
• All AI models with priority access
• 24/7 dedicated support

Usage Tracking

The Subscription page shows your current usage:

• Agents Created — how many of your agent slots are used (e.g., 5/25)
• Progress Bar — visual indicator of agent capacity
• Subscription Cost — monthly price
• Next Billing Date — when your next payment is due

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Navigate to Subscription (/subscription)
2. Find the plan you want under "Upgrade to unlock more power"
3. Click the upgrade button (e.g., Upgrade to Pro)
4. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment
5. After payment, your account is upgraded immediately
6. A success banner confirms the upgrade

Managing Your Subscription

If you have an active paid subscription:

1. Click ⚙️ Manage Subscription on the Subscription page
2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
3. View and download invoices
4. Update your payment method
5. Change your plan
6. Cancel your subscription
7. View billing history

Billing History

Access your full billing history through the Stripe Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to Subscription
2. Scroll to 🧾 Billing History
3. Click View Billing History → to open the Stripe portal

Agent Limits

Agent limits are enforced at the API layer:

• When you reach your plan's agent limit, creating new agents is blocked
• The Clone button shows a warning instead of working
• Upgrade your plan to increase your agent capacity

What Happens When You Hit the Limit

• The dashboard shows your current count (e.g., "3/3 agents")
• The "Create Agent" button becomes disabled
• The Clone button shows: "Agent limit reached (3/3)"
• You'll see a prompt to upgrade

FAQ

Q: Can I downgrade my plan? A: Plan downgrades are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Q: What happens to my agents if I downgrade? A: Existing agents are preserved, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're below the new plan's limit.

Q: Is there a free trial? A: The Starter plan is permanently free. You can explore the platform and decide if you need more capacity.

Q: Can I cancel anytime? A: Yes. Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
