Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees — cancel anytime from your subscription settings and you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Downgrades and cancellations stop future charges; we don't auto-bill a renewal after you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law (see our Terms), so we recommend starting on the free Starter plan or a monthly plan before committing annually. Annual plans can switch to monthly at renewal.
What are "AI actions" vs "automations"?
AI actions are thinking tasks — when your agent uses an AI model (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to write, analyze, or reason. Automations are platform actions — posting to social media, scraping a webpage, syncing data. For example, 50 AI actions/day lets your agent write ~25 LinkedIn posts and ~25 email replies. Both reset daily at midnight UTC.
